55 Coonara Ave
The former IBM site at 55 Coonara Ave was rezoned from a business park to residential use for up to 600 dwellings on 18 June 2020.
The DA to demolish existing buildings was approved on 15th September 2021.
3 DAs for construction were approved by the Sydney City Central Planning Panel on 3rd November 2022 .
The DA for subdivision of the site was approved by the Local Planning Panel on 19th October 2022
